Datacard Group has announced the purchase of the instant-issuance software provider Dynamic Card Solutions LLC.
Datacard, which makes and customizes plastic cards, has used Dynamic Card Solutions' CardWizard software for its payment cards. Todd Wilkinson, Datacard's president and chief executive, said in a press release Thursday that, "together, the two companies have more than 30,000 successful instant-issuance locations. It's a powerful combination."
Datacard, a Minnetonka, Minn., company, said it will keep Dynamic Card Solutions' operations in Denver.
