The Shoreview, Minn., check printer Deluxe Corp. said it is expanding its board by naming three additional directors.

Ronald C. Baldwin, Don J. McGrath, and Neil Metviner will begin their terms July 1, Deluxe said last week.
Mr. Baldwin is the retired vice chairman of Huntington Bancshares Inc. of Columbus, Ohio. Mr. McGrath is the chief executive of two BNP Paribas SA's BancWest Corp.
Mr. Metviner is the president of Pitney Bowes Direct, a Stamford, Conn., unit of Pitney Bowes Inc.
Deluxe's board will have 11 directors when they join it.
