Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. said Ben Weston, its hedge fund development chief, has left the company.
Merrill did not give any further details about the departure, announced Tuesday.
Mr. Weston oversaw Merrill's hedge fund investment activities and was the chairman and chief executive of ML Alternative Investments LLC.
