DNB First Snags Philadelphia-Area Branch

DNB First in Downington, Pa., is acquiring a branch in nearby Boothwyn from Capital Bank of Rockville. Md.

The branch would be the 13th in Greater Philadelphia for DNB, the banking subsidiary of the $607 million-asset DNB Financial (DNBF).

Capital Bank inherited the branch when it  took over the failed American Eagle Savings Bank in January.
