Docking Bancshares in Arkansas City, Kan., has agreed to buy RelianzBank in Wichita, Kan.
The $434 million-asset Docking is expected to complete the acquisition of the $51 million-asset Relianz by June 30, according to the
David Harris, president and chief executive of RelianzBank, will become the Docking's Kansas regional president.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
