Emclaire Financial Corp. in Emlenton, Pa., raised its quarterly dividend by 14%.
The $481.9 million-asset company declared a dividend of 16 cents a share, compared with 14 cents a quarter earlier. The dividend is payable March 18 to shareholders of record on March 1.
Earlier this month Emclaire said 2010 earnings more than doubled, to $2.7 million, or $1.85 a share. The loan-loss provision fell 4.5% in 2010, to $1.3 million. At Dec. 31, delinquent loans totaled $6.7 million.
