Eton Park Capital Management LP, a New York investment manager, has hired Eric Feldstein as its chief financial officer.

Mr. Feldstein was the chief executive officer of GMAC from December 2002 through March. He will join Eton Park on Aug. 1.
He will oversee finance, risk, and treasury activities and will work with the firm's investment team on complex transactions.
Eton Park, which announced the hiring Wednesday, works to deliver risk-adjusted returns over a multiyear period.
