EverBank Financial Corp. of Jacksonville, Fla., has agreed to use customer relationship management software from Metavante Technologies Inc.
EverBank, which already uses Metavante's online banking and core processing software, plans to install its Global Customer Information Management software.
Metavante, which announced the deal last week, said EverBank will be one of the first financial companies to use the CIM application.
Metavante, of Milwaukee, said EverBank plans to use the CIM tools to give employees a better view of customers' relationship with the bank; having such information easily available will help EverBank increase sales and achieve long-term growth objectives, Metavante said.
