Ridgewood Savings Bank in New York has promoted vice presidents Caroline Pavlik and Walter J. Reese to senior vice president and put Mr. Reese in charge of its retail banking division.

Mr. Reese joined the $3.3 billion-asset thrift in 1988. He had been its treasurer. In his new job, he succeeded Harold A. Jones, who has retired.

Ms. Pavlik, who joined Ridgewood in 1990, remains its auditor.

Ridgewood also promoted Rosemarie Mignogna, a vice president, from information systems officer to chief technology officer. She has been with the thrift since 2002.

Leonard Stekol has succeeded Mr. Reese as the treasurer but remains the vice president of accounting. Mr. Stekol has been with the thrift since 1993.


Yardville National Bancorp of Hamilton, N.J., has promoted F. Kevin Tylus, its chief operating officer, from senior vice president to president.

He succeeded Patrick M. Ryan, who remains the chief executive officer.

Mr. Tylus joined the company's management in October 2004 after 12 years on its board.

Yardville National owns the $3 billion-asset Yardville National Bank.


SOUTHEASTWilmington Trust Corp. in Delaware has hired Philip P. Cave as the Georgia president of its Wilmington Trust FSB.

Mr. Cave led the Atlanta office of Bessemer Trust, an investment management unit of Bessemer Group Inc. of New York. Earlier in his career he had held senior private banking jobs at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Wachovia Bank.

Wilmington Trust Corp.'s three banking units have $10.4 billion of assets.
