Fifth Third Processing Solutions LLC said Wednesday that it had acquired the assets of TNB Card Services from Town North Bank in Dallas.
Fifth Third Processing, a unit of Fifth Third Bancorp, said the acquisition would help it serve credit unions. It did not give a price.
TNB Card Services has "a loyal following of clients and a focus on simplifying complex payments systems," Charles Drucker, Fifth Third Processing's chief executive, said in a press release. TNB Card Services provides credit, debit, prepaid and loyalty services to 370 credit union customers.
