Fifth Third Signs New Mexico and Texas Banks

Fifth Third Processing Solutions LLC on Monday announced three bank clients.

The Cincinnati company will provide services including debit card processing, automated teller machine driving, fraud protection and card production to First New Mexico Bank of Deming, N.M.; Valley Bank of Commerce in Roswell, N.M.; and First State Bank of Mesquite, Texas. First New Mexico has 13 ATMs, Valley Bank has two ATMs and First State Bank has four ATMs.

"We are confident that Fifth Third Processing Solutions delivers the essential technology to our clients backed by our team's industry expertise and our company's far-reaching resources," Royal Cole, the president of financial institutions services at the transaction processor, said in a press release.

Fifth Third is a joint venture of Fifth Third Bancorp and Advent International Corp., a private-equity firm.
