The Baltimore law firm Ober Kaler has added longtime banking attorney Andrew F. Campbell to its financial institutions practice.
Campbell is a former in-house attorney at student lender Sallie Mae Inc. and at Wells Fargo & Co., where he led the private education credit practice. Most recently he was an attorney at B. Compliant Inc., a Virginia law practice that specialized in mortgage issues. At that firm Campbell developed education and training materials for mortgage lenders and loan officers that covered issues related to mortgage products, predatory lending and and federal and state compliance matters.
Campbell has more than 25 years experience representing financial services firms. At Ober Kaler, he will work with Frank Bonaventure, who heads the firm's financial services practice.
