Evergreen Investments of Boston, the asset management arm of Wachovia Corp., named Robert J. Guerin to be its next chief compliance officer for the Evergreen Funds.
Mr. Guerin will succeed James Angelos, who is retiring June 30 after 10 years at Evergreen. Mr. Guerin was a senior compliance officer for Babson Capital Management in Boston.
