Hamilton in Maryland Hires Trio of Executives from CFG

Hamilton Bank (HBK) in Baltimore has poached three executives from CFG Community Bank in Lutherville, Md.

Hamilton hired Ellen Fish, CFG's former chief lending officer; Constance Hess, who was vice president of cash management; and Patricia Long, who was vice president of commercial banking.

The $291 million-asset Hamilton added the bankers to strengthen its commercial lending business, according to the Baltimore Business Journal. Fish became Hamilton's chief lending officer. Hess is vice president of sales and cash management and Long is a vice president and portfolio manager.

The executives' departures comes as CFG prepares for its pending sale to MVB Financial (MVBF) in Fairmont, W.Va.
