Hewitt Associates LLC, a Lincolnshire, Ill., human resources services company, has established a U.S. defined contribution consulting practice.
The practice will provide companies with defined contribution products and services, including strategy and plan design, cost and risk management, investment consulting, behavioral finance, administration, communication, and legal and compliance consulting, Hewitt said Wednesday.
Also, the practice will help develop Hewitt's U.S. defined contribution consulting resources and support Hewitt's retirement outsourcing clients. Alison Borland will run the new practice. She had been a principal and senior benefits consultant in Hewitt's retirement and financial management business.
Hewitt consults with more than 2,300 organizations and administers human resources, health care, payroll, and retirement programs for more than 340 companies.
