Terri Dial stepped down as CEO of Citigroup's consumer-banking division in North America, and Manuel Medina-Mora - CEO of Citi Latin America and Mexico - took over all Citi consumer banking for the Americas.

Fidelity Investments president Rodger Lawson announced he is retiring at the end of the first quarter. He will remain an advisor to chairman and CEO Ned Johnson.

Management changes are afoot under new Bank of America CEO Brian Moynihan: Joe Price from CFO to president of consumer, small business and card banking; former global corporate banking chief Cathy Bessant to global technology and operations executive; and Bruce Thompson, managing director for global capital markets, to chief risk officer. Former CRO Gregory Curl was reassigned to focus on "key strategic partnerships."

Cascade Financial Corp. in Everett, Wash., says CFO Lars Johnson is "no longer employed" there. The $1.6 billion-asset company is searching for a replacement. Johnson is a former senior management official with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle.
