The branch will be the fourth office in Fond du Lac County for the $598 million-asset Horicon Bank. The branch held $19.4 million in deposits, as of June 30, 2014, according to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
The $433 million-asset Baraboo will operate 10 branches in Wisconsin after the sale.
