Hub International Ltd., an insurer based in Chicago, has purchased Steel City Agency.
The Hub International Southwest unit added four offices with the acquisition that are located in the Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Trinidad areas.
Steel City, which is based in Pueblo, Colo., focuses on manufacturing, construction, service, and municipal clients and provides risk management services to commercial and personal insurance clients.
Hub announced the acquisition Thursday. The price was not disclosed.
