Icon Advisers Inc. of Greenwood Village, Colo., has hired Edward Reiser for a newly created position, vice president of variable annuity product sales.

Icon, which announced the hiring Tuesday, has a relationship with the Ohio National Life Insurance Co. in which Icon subadvises three portfolios and represents the ONcore Variable Annuity among certain independent broker-dealers.
Mr. Reiser was a senior business development specialist with McDonald Financial Group, a KeyCorp unit.
