The Dallas independent insurance agency BellGroup LLC said that it had expanded its services by merging with two Dallas-area employee benefits firms.

The merger of BellGroup's existing benefits business with McCone Insurance Group and Andy J. Nadel, formerly of Cecil & Co., has created BellBenefits LLC, BellGroup said on Monday. The agreement's financial terms were not disclosed.

The combination, including Houston and Fort Worth offices, employs more than 100 people. BellBenefits said it anticipates double-digit growth in this fiscal year.
