In Brief: A Reno Casino Has ATM Deal

Cash Systems Inc., a Las Vegas provider of cash access services for the retail and gambling industries, agreed to provide check cashing, automated teller machine, and cash advance services for the Boomtown Casino and Hotel in Reno.

The deal was announced Wednesday. Cash Systems will install its All-In-1 ATM, which offers services such as debit card withdrawals and credit card advances, at the casino.

"We are pleased to be able to provide Boomtown Reno with our array of cash services expertise, and we are confident that we are well positioned to meet all of their cash access needs," Michael Rumbolz, the chairman and chief executive officer of Cash Systems, said in a press release. "This is also a great opportunity to showcase our service capabilities to a multiproperty operator."

The casino has been in operation for over 35 years. Its parent, Pinnacle Entertainment Inc. of Las Vegas, owns casinos in Nevada, Mississippi, Louisiana, Indiana, and Argentina.
