Adviser confidence, which has been on a steady decline since December, slipped again in March, according to a study released Monday.
Rydex AdvisorBenchmarking Inc., a unit of Rydex Investments of Rockville, Md., said its Advisor Confidence Index declined 3.4% this month, to 111.89.
The index gauges registered investment advisers' views on the U.S. economy and markets.
According to the findings, advisers are growing increasingly concerned about the long-term health of the economy and the stock market, and in turn, higher interest rates and rising employment tensions.
