American International Group Inc. said Monday that its AIG financial products division had hired an executive each from Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley to be managing directors.
The division hired Deutsche Bank's Karen Fang and Morgan Stanley's Thomas Bruch. Ms. Fang, who was a director of the German bank's equity derivatives structured products group, is to work with AIG's money manager, pension, and other institutional clients.
Mr. Bruch is a 24-year derivatives veteran at Morgan Stanley. He is to focus on corporate finance opportunities for hedge funds.
