Warren Benefits specializes in group health and welfare benefits for small businesses as well as health and life insurance for individuals. Its president, Warren Kolb, is to take a management role in Compass Insurance Agency Inc.
Compass Insurance made its first agency purchase in 2000 and since then has bought eight more agencies.
