REDDING, Calif. - North Valley Bank of Redding has signed a deal with America Online's Digital City Inc. to target online consumers in its local markets.
North Valley will be the only bank featured on Digital City's local online guide, Your Town, for the Redding and Chico, Calif., markets. The Your Town network of local sites is available to users of AOL, AOL.com, Netscape, and Compuserve. Each site offers programming, member-published features, and content from local partners.
Mike Cushman, president and chief executive officer of North Valley Bank, said the agreement with Digital City is one of many to come "to help provide for maximum exposure of our online banking products and services."
