LOS GATOS, CALIF. - QSI Payments Inc., a Web-based payments technology company, has named Trintech Inc. executive Bhagwat Brahmbhatt as vice president of product management for its North American operations.
QSI, which is based in Brisbane, Australia, and does business in that country, Asia, and the United Kingdom, recently established a North American division. Mr. Brahmbhatt will report to Stevan C. Berardo, president of North American operations.
Mr. Brahmbhatt was director of product development and management for Trintech, a software company with dual headquarters in Dublin and in San Mateo, Calif., that specializes in credit card processing. He has also worked for Visa International, MCI, and BT North America.
