CHARLOTTE - Bank of America said Tuesday it signed a ten-year contract with Exult Inc., a provider of Web-enabled services designed to manage human resources for large corporations.
Exult will manage B of A's payroll operations, benefits administration, employee data records and management, and other services. The company expects to extend employment offers to more than 600 Bank of America human resources, finance and information technology professionals and plans to operate a full-scale client service center operation in facilities leased from B of A in Charlotte. The companies said the deal will bring Exult revenues of about $1.1 billion over the life of the contract.
