Bank of America Corp. announced Wednesday that it had hired Stanley Jablonowski from Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. to be a property and casualty insurance executive of Fleet Insurance Services, a nonbank subsidiary in Cranford, N.J.

Mr. Jablonowski reports to Thomas J. Sharkey, the unit's president and chief executive officer. At Marsh & McLennan, he was a managing director and the head of the New Jersey office.
His responsibilities at Fleet Insurance include driving business strategy, strategic marketing, and sales management, as well as the business development results of property and casualty producers.
