Banc of America Securities has announced the hiring of Steven Hollender to be a managing director and head of investment-grade credit sales.
Mr. Hollender is to report to Mark Miller, the head of institutional debt sales, and Charles McLendon, the global head of investment-grade and credit derivatives, the company said on Monday. He had worked 10 years at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was a managing director in investment-grade corporate bond sales.
The proposal is part of what SEC Chairman Paul Atkins calls his "Make IPOs Great Again" agenda.
