WILMINGTON, Del. Capital Trust Co. has appointed A. Kenneth Hackett Jr. senior vice president and chief financial officer.
The company also promoted of William G. Popeo to managing director. In his new role Mr. Popeo is responsible for developing Capital Trusts business through law firms.
The top five banks and thrifts have combined total assets of nearly $13 trillion.
