NEW YORK - Citigroup Private Bank has named Damian Kozlowski chief operating officer.
Mr. Kozlowski was global head of business development and strategy for the bank. He headed its business development and Internet activities and realigned its U.S. management team's business process.
Mr. Kozlowski came to Citigroup Private Bank a year ago from Banc of America Securities, where he had restructured its investment banking businesses.
