The $4.3 billion-asset Leawood, Kan., company announced the dismissal Thursday.

The suit claimed that Gold charged excess interest and fees to agricultural borrowers who took out loans under the Farm Service Agency's Guaranteed Loan Program.

Gold announced the suit in September, just one month after it settled one in which it was accused of submitting false claims to the FSA and overcharging borrowers.

A separate class action involving FSA loans is still pending in an Oklahoma state court, Gold said.
