Currenex was founded to link banks, corporate treasury departments, institutional fund and asset managers, government agencies, auditors, and central banks through a real-time foreign exchange site. Thirty-five banks provide liquidity on the system.

“We are excited about our potential through this alliance with AFP to directly reach top corporate treasurers in the U.S. and around the world,” Currenex president and CEO Lori Mirek said in a press release. “AFP’s credibility with its members will help Currenex cut through the clutter and deliver our online foreign exchange services to our target audience.”
