Fiserv Inc., a Brookfield, Wis., information management systems and services outsourcer, said Wednesday that it had bought Results International Systems Inc., a provider of property/casualty insurance outsourcing services.

The deal, which Fiserv said it hopes will expand its strength in the insurance market by adding property/casualty services, is expected to contribute about $7 million to annual revenue. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Results International is based in Worthington, Ohio. All of its 80-plus employees are expected to become Fiserv employees.
