SAN MATEO, Calif. Michael P. Esposito Jr., former chief financial officer and chief administrative officer of Chase Manhattan Bank, has joined the board of directors at LiveCapital, a provider of credit and financing solutions.
In his 34 years at Chase, Mr. Esposito held positions including executive vice president, principal accounting officer and corporate controller.
