In Brief: Goldman Exec Hired by Oak Hill Advisors

The New York investment management firm Oak Hill Advisors LP has hired an executive from Goldman Sachs & Co. as a managing director.

David Coquillette, who was a managing director at Goldman Sachs in its investment management division, will handle product marketing and client coverage at Oak Hill.

As co-head of Goldman's markets coverage group, Mr. Coquillette managed an ultra-high-net-worth sales business and an alternative investment distribution business that focused on family offices and selected institutional clients.

Mr. Coquillette joined Goldman's investment management business in 2002. Before that he spent nearly 10 years as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers Inc., and the now-defunct Bankers Trust Corp.

Oak Hill, founded in 1991, manages approximately $6.5 billion of capital, including hedge funds and credit opportunity funds.
