CHICAGO - The asset allocation firm Ibbotson Associates has announced the selection of Business Logic Corp. to incorporate data aggregation and integration capabilities into its advisory and financial planning service.
Ibbotson said last week that it will use Business Logic's connectivity software and services to collect information from financial institutions through direct information feeds using OFX servers and through screen scraping.
"This is another validation of our standardized approach to data integration," said John Patterson, chief executive officer and president of Business Logic. "The major financial advisers are looking to us to help them gain better control and leverage over financial information and customer data."
