NEW YORK - PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP announced on Monday that it has acquired Watterson-Prime Consulting LLC, a Bellevue, Wash., real estate consulting practice.
Watterson-Prime has been made a part of PricewaterhouseCoopers' national real estate practice. It will collect, verify, and manage data and information critical to a portfolio of assets.
"Watterson-Prime's strength in asset information services makes them a valuable addition to our real estate practice," Mitch Roschelle, an executive in the national real estate practice, said in a press statement. It will "allow us to deliver an unparalleled level of innovation."
