PURCHASE, N.Y. - Independent Financial Marketing Group Inc. has agreed to set up a life insurance program at Interchange Bank of Saddle Brook, N.J.
Insurance products will be offered through Independent Financial's registered broker dealer, Liberty Securities Corp. and its IFS Agencies Inc. subsidiary.
Customers of $770 million-asset Interchange Bank, which has 17 branches in Bergen County, N.J., will have access to traditional life insurance products, including universal life, whole life, term, variable life and long-term care from Independent Financial's product providers.
Independent Financial will be responsible for case management, reporting, compliance, due diligence, training, and marketing support.
Independent Financial is a member of Boston-based Liberty Financial Cos. Inc.
