NEW YORK - his investment rating Monday on J.P. Morgan & Co. to "attractive," from "neutral." Meanwhile, PaineWebber Inc. analyst Gary Gordon reduced MBNA Corp.'s rating to "unattractive," from "neutral." Mr. Gordon cut his 1996 earnings outlook for MBNA to $2.70 a share, from $2.85.
