In Brief: JPM-Chase to Sell N.Y. Office Building

NEW YORK — J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. has confirmed that it will sell an office building it owns at 15 Broad St. in New York.

The building, valued at a reported $220 million, occupies space that is to be used for a new trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange, which is headquartered across the street.

A Morgan Chase spokesman declined to confirm the deal price.
