BROOKFIELD, Wis. — Community America Credit Union of Kansas City, Mo., has begun installing Fiserv Inc.’s Customer Service and Call-Center Solution system.

Community America, with 110,000 members and $940 million of assets, is to use the system to manage contacts with customers, conduct marketing campaigns, perform targeted marketing, and generate sales. The credit union’s agents are to use the system to share information about members, receive guidance on how to handle customers, and view detailed records of a customer’s previous contacts with the institution.

The system is to be integrated with the credit union’s core processing system, also from Fiserv. Call center agents will use it to get real-time access to member information.
