NEW YORK Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Inc., an investment banking and brokerage firm, has hired Peter Jachym as managing director of insurance and asset management and Jeffrey Bowman as managing director of asset management.
They will work in Keefes investment banking department, the firm said Tuesday.
Mr. Jachym specializes in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising for insurance companies and investment management firms. He was the managing director responsible for insurance and asset management clients at Banc of America Securities.
Mr. Bowman worked at CIBC World Markets, where he headed the group responsible for providing investment banking and research services to asset management firms.
