PLANO, Tex. - LandSafe Appraisal Services Inc., a unit of the real estate closing service provider LandSafe Inc., has begun offering Fannie Mae-approved "Form 2045" master appraisal valuations.
Under the Form 2045 valuations, appraisers determine the values of houses in a subdivision by examining the overall neighborhood or subdivision, plans and specifications for the models being offered, and available upgrades, instead of conducting individual appraisals for every house in the subdivision.
LandSafe also said it is offering Enhanced Desk Review, a product designed to help lenders ensure the accuracy of residential appraisals.
