In Brief: Liberty Financial Consolidates Funds

BOSTON — Liberty Financial Co. has consolidated 17 of its mutual funds into 10 existing funds.

The 17 funds represent $1.8 billion of assets in fixed-income, equity value, and contrarian portfolios. They were combined into larger Liberty funds that have the same or similar investment styles, the company said.
