Mellon Financial Corp. announced Wednesday that it promoted Leon Busch to run a recently purchased financing and accounting outsourcing company in Texas.
Mr. Busch, who has worked at SourceNet Solutions Inc. since 1997, was promoted to president and chief executive, succeeding Vince Burkett, a cofounder of the company.
Mellon bought the College Station, Tex., company in December. SourceNet offers accounts payable and payroll administration outsourcing solutions.
