MILLERSBURG, Pa. - Mid Penn Bancorp said Wednesday that it has named Alan W. Dakey president and chief executive officer.
Mid Penn said Mr. Dakey, who was executive vice president and chief operating officer, succeeds Eugene F. Shaffer in both posts. Mr. Shaffer will remain chairman, the company said.
