NEW YORK - Rafael Bello, a former banking analyst at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, has left to form BNB Capital, an Internet company that seeks to link business-to-business buyers and sellers from various markets in the Americas. Agriculture will be the company's first marketplace, starting this summer.
Mr. Bello was Morgan Stanley's senior Latin American banking analyst and an executive director of the investment banking firm. He joined Morgan in 1993 and has covered Latin American and Mexican banks, insurance companies, and private pension funds.
