DAYTON, Ohio - Jeff Davison has been named president of the Gasper Corp., a subsidiary of NCR Corp. that sells software that tracks and monitors activity at automated teller machines.

Mr. Davison succeeds David Gasper, who will remain the chairman of the board of directors. Mr. Davison, who was previously Gasper's executive vice president of marketing and product development, reports to Tom Volpe, a Gasper board member who is also vice president of ATM channel management for NCR, and to the Gasper board of directors.
In his new position, Mr. Davidson manages the company's day-to-day operations in cooperation with the current executive management team. He also works with the board of directors to develop strategic plans.
