First Federal Community Bank of Bucyrus, Ohio, has agreed to outsource its core account processing to the Avon, Conn., service bureau COCC.

The outsourcer, which announced the long-term contract Tuesday, also said it would provide the $130 million-asset First Federal with electronic banking and check-imaging services, lending options for businesses and consumers, security monitoring and reporting, and real-time information reporting for customers and staff.
A spokesman for COCC, which primarily serves community banks and credit unions in New England, said the conversion should be complete by the second quarter.
